When you think you have nothing to practice.

Record yourself and listen back, this will teach you a lot about your playing. 
Long tones (Aim for the best sound you can produce)Long tones with dynamic changes
Brass players buzz on mouthpiece
Articulation exercises
Watch embouchure, hand position, posture shoulders in mirror
Use a tuner 
Use a metronome
Check posture/instrument position
Brass lip slurs
Subdivide while playing (use a metronome)
Sing your part
Look for patterns
Count out loud
Work on small chunks of music at a time
Start slow and gradually increase the tempo (use a metronome)
Try playing the difficult sections five times in a row no mistakes, if you do make a mistake - start again
Record and listen for mistakes
Practice with a metronome  (www.metronomeonline.com)
Count in your head
Play rhythm on one pitch
Mark key signature notes
Play with tuner, holding out each pitch…listen & tune
